PRP (PLATELET-RICH PLASMA) FOR HAIR LOSS & RESTORATION

Hair thinning and hair loss is experienced by both men and women. By the age of 35, 40% of men will experience some hair loss. By the age of 40, 40% of women will experience hair thinning and hair loss. However, aging is not the only cause of hair loss. To help with hair loss and restoration, we offer customized plans that include platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and Amniofix®.

PRP INJECTIONS: Platelets are a component of blood that contains a large number of valuable growth factors to help stimulate new cell and tissue growth. These growth factors also stimulate the rejuvenation of hair follicles and support the health of hair bulbs. Platelet-Rich Plasma is derived from your own blood. To obtain PRP, a small blood sample will be drawn and it will be inserted in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelet count. This is then inserted into areas where hair is thinning to stimulate growth. PRP therapy is extremely effective, and as your own blood is being used, it comes with little risk of infection or complications. 

AMNIOFIX: Amniofix is a treatment aimed to quickly restore hair fullness and thickness. It is produced from donated placentas and contains numerous stem cells and growth factors to stimulate hair follicles. It will be injected into key areas on your scalp to encourage the regrowth of hair. One to two sessions will be sufficient, and patients report seeing the results of thicker and fuller hair within three months.
